Photo & Video Reports
Receive high-resolution photos and videos each month, highlighting the condition of your dock, boat (from land), home, and surrounding property. These reports provide a clear visual update, so you can see exactly how your property is doing. Want us to come more often? Upgrade to the Weekly Plan.
On-Site Boat and Dock Inspections
We’ll examine moored boats from land, inspect anchor lines and boat tie-ups to cleats, make sure things are tight and secured, and walk around the exterior of your lake house. All findings are compiled into a quick report and emailed directly to you.
Detailed Inspections
We inspect your docks and moorings for obvious issues, water level adjustments, and potential damage. Our experts ensure that all aspects of your docking systems are functioning correctly and that any concerns are notified promptly.
